How to Reset Your Zoho Desk Password
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to reset a password in Zoho Desk. If you are having trouble accessing your account, this guide will help you navigate through the necessary steps to reset your password and regain access.
Steps:
1. Access OCR Services Help Desk via the following URL:
https://support.ocr-inc.com/portal/en/signin
2. Using the Forgot Password option, Click "Reset"

3. Enter your email address and security code. Click "Submit"

4. Access your inbox and open the Password Reset Email

5. Click "link" in the Password Reset Email to enter a new password.

6. Enter your New Password twice. Click "Reset Password"

7. Click "Continue to sign in"

8. Use your Email Address and New Password to complete the Sign In process.
