How to Close a Ticket

This guide provides a step-by-step process on how to close a ticket. Following these instructions will help users effectively navigate through the necessary steps to close a ticket, ensuring efficient ticket management and resolution.

Steps:

1. Access OCR's Zoho Desk portal via the following url:

https://support.ocr-inc.com/portal/en/signin

2. Click "Tickets"

3. Click the "Subject Line" of the desired ticket

4. Using the ticket properties pannel on the right, scroll to the bottom and Click "Close ticket"

5. Click "Yes"

6. Click "OCR-Support" to return to your list of Tickets

The Status will be updated to a final status (Released or Closed)
