Steps:
1. Log into OCR's Zoho Desk Portal via the following URL:
https://support.ocr-inc.com/portal/en/signin
2. Click "Tickets"

3. Use Search Tickets, Views, or the Reply indicator to find your ticket.
Click the Ticket's "Subject Line" to compose a response.

4. Click "Reply" within the Ticket Detail view

5. Compose your response and Click "Send"
