Steps:
1. Complete the entity profile on the Ad Hoc Screening page. Click "Screen"
2. Click the "Mail" icon to Notify or Escalate to a Reviewer
3. Select or Confirm the GTC Reviewer email address. Click "Email Reviewer"
4. You will receive a confirmation message. Click the "X"
5. Click "New Screen" to restart the process.
