How to Configure Email Messages

This article outlines the steps required for an Administrator to configure visitor management emails. Use this article to modify or add content to existing communication within the overall visitor management process.

Steps:

1. Log into OCR EASE as a Corporate or System Administrator.

2. Set your active Module to Visitor Management.

3. Click "Tools"

4\. Click "VM Configuration Tool"

5. Click "Notification"

6. Click "Search" to locate the Global configuration or SBU configuration ID.

7. Click "Edit" icon under the Action column.

8. Click "Email Type" to select the appropriate email you wish to edit.

9. In this example we will edit the email set to the Host when a visitor signs in by clicking "Visitor Check In - Host"

10. Modify the "Message" by adding or editing content.

11. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

12. Repeat these steps for other email notifications by changing the "Email Type" and clicking "Save" after the edits are made.
