How to Configure Visit Request Creation Instructions

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to configure visit request creation instructions. It helps establish standard touch points or any language communicated to hosts who create the request.

Steps:

1. Log into OCR EASE as a Corporate or System Admin.

2. Set your active module to Visitor Management.

3. Click "Tools"

4. Click "VM Configuration Tool"

5. Click "Other Settings"

6. Click "Search"

7. Click "Edit" icon for desired Global or SBU Configuration ID

8. Scroll to the Visitor Request Creation Instructions section. Enter the required text.


Alert: Any text configured in the Instructions section will appear on the Visit Details tab for the requestor.

9. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Update" to apply the settings.
