How to Check-Out a Visitor
This article covers the steps required to check out a visitor. Just so you know, a visitor can be located using the Checked In or Not Checked Out filters.
Steps:
1. Click the "Front Desk" dashboard icon.

2. Click "Checked In"


Visitors can also be checked out from the "Not Checked Out" filter.
3. Using the Status button, click the down arrow to promote the visitor status to Checked Out

4. If more than one visitor needs to be checked out, use the check box on the right to multi-select as a group.

5. Click "Check Out"

6. Confirm the Check Out Date and Time. Click Save & Return.


Use the Do not send Notification check box to dismiss email and text messages to the visit host/sponsor of the check out event.
